All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Bologna, Italy (Centergross).
Delivery times:
- Italy: 1-2 business days
- EU: 2-5 business days
- Worldwide: 7-14 business days
All orders include tracking. Free EU shipping on orders over EUR 100.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. To start a return, email support at hlhshop@outlook.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you — shipping costs are covered by us.
